Polly Shorrock Dolls

Alice Shorrock Copithorne was the maker of the Polly Shorrock dolls starting in 1955. She passed away in 2004. The penny wooden doll from the previous post was from her company. The pictures are from her larger doll that was available at the time, as well. (pictures from a sale on ebay recently) 

Penny Woodens

A little peg doll kit seen recently on ebay. It is exactly like the doll my mom made me when I was little. I remember the little painted heart but our kit must have had different fabric because I don't remember the blue gingham. I loved that little wooden doll.
