Indian Doll
I made up my own pattern from several parts in a rag doll book. I made the "teeth" on her dress from fimo clay, stained it once it was baked and used a gloss finish. The moccasins were made from drawing around the finished foot and estimating the surrounding top. The material is chamois leather that big box stores sell for drying off cars. I wet the fringe after I cut it so it would curl and stretch a bit.

Peg Wooden's
Peg Wooden doll from the Grodner Tal region of Europe. This is in the southern Bavarian/Austrian/northern Italian alps. It is a region that made these wooden dolls in mass quantities for the world market late in the 1800's. They were always somewhat crudly made but much loved dolls. The photo above is from the wikipedia page here.
This "Dutch" doll has got a lovely dress. Source is also Wikipedia.
